Basic Website Design & Hosting Package:
Studio One Eleven will design and assemble a website consisting of up to four pages. Typical website pages include; HOME, ABOUT US, PRODUCTS or SERVICES, and CONTACT US, although tab names and page contents is customizable. We will work with the content you provide including photographs, description of your products and services, as well as any information about you or your company. If asked to do so, or if deemed necessary, we will provide edits to the submitted copy to correct spelling, grammar or structure. If asked to write copy for sections of the website, our input will be limited to 500 words of original copy. Design charges will apply for copywriting thereafter.
After the pre-design consultation, customers will be presented with an original website design concept for approval. At this juncture, customers will be asked to sign-off on the design direction of the website. If the customer is not satisfied with the design presented, we will make the appropriate adjustments in the second round of design. Based on input from round one, the customer we will present a second design concept. In rare instances where the customer is still not happy with the design and would like to see more iterations of the website layout, hourly design charges may apply.
STORAGE - The website will have 5GB of storage for housing images, videos or music files.
SEO - Studio One Eleven will place keywords organically throughout the site for maximum (non-paid) Search Engine Optimization.
The site shall contain a “contact us” form for collecting visitor information.
The site may contain up to two image galleries containing a maximum of 15 photos per gallery.
Additional galleries may be added at the rate of $25 per gallery (up to 15 photos).
Additional images may be added but are subject to an additional fees
$1.00 per digital image provided by e-mail or flash drive
$3.00 per hard copy image (printed photograph), which will need to be scanned, cropped and uploaded to the site.
Additional website pages may be added at $100 per page. Additional pages cannot be used for e-commerce without upgrading to the Plus or Pro Website bundle.

Studio One Eleven does not verify licenses with respect to licensed professionals or trades prior to publishing advertisements and does not assume the responsibility for monitoring the use of trademarks, certifications, copyrights, or other rights of third parties. A search using the services may produce search results and links to websites that some people find objectionable, inappropriate, or offensive. Studio One Eleven cannot guarantee that a search will not locate unintended or objectionable content and assumes no responsibility for the content of any website included in any search results or otherwise linked to by the services.

Such limitation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from use or misuse of and reliance on the services, from inability to use the services, or the interruption, suspension, or termination of the services (including such damages incurred by third parties).
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the terms and conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of the terms and conditions will continue in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
